  • Email address
  • Phone number (required for booking)
  • Booking details (via Cal.com)
  • Any details you share about your clinic's needs

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Schedule your audit call and send confirmation/reminder emails
  • Respond to your enquiry and discuss how we might help
  • Prepare recommendations or proposals for your clinic
  • Communicate with you about the services you requested

Consent

By booking a call, you agree to be contacted by email and phone about your request.

We do not sell your data

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information stays between us.

Third-party tools

We collect name, email address, and phone number only — no medical records or clinical data pass through Skyloom. We use tools like Cal.com for scheduling and secure email providers for communication. Booking data (name, email, phone, and appointment details) is processed in Cal.com per their policies. If deposits are used, payments are processed by the clinic’s chosen payment provider (e.g., Paystack or Stripe) and are not stored by Skyloom. These tools have their own privacy policies. We choose reputable services and only share the minimum information needed to provide our services.

Your rights (POPIA)

Under South African law (Protection of Personal Information Act), you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Object to processing of your information

Data retention

We retain your contact information for up to 24 months from your last interaction with Skyloom, or until you request deletion. Booking data held by third-party tools (such as Cal.com) is subject to their own retention policies.
